Job Description

● Manage social media accounts and measure the data ensuring customer engagement. ● Develop and manage social media campaigns and measure their success. ● Develop the strategy and implement it for all social media channels and help to create creative content. ● Oversee and collaborate for creating original text, graphic, and video content. ● Oversee and collaborate for creating content calendars. ● Respond to followers' messages and follow-up content providers to provide reliable responses. ● Collaborate with other teams such as PR, Marketing, HR, etc. to form the best image of the company. ● Stay up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. ● Identify new social media channels to promote products and Implement strategies for communicating. ● Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network. ● Provide managers with required reports in a timely manner. ● Proactively monitor other social media which are active in the industry and create recommendations. ● Effectively manage social media in crisis situations.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or other related fields. ● 3 to 5 years of proven experience in related fields. ● Action and result-oriented. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ● Excellent English, writing, and speaking. ● Excellent copywriting skills. ● Basic design and graphics skills. ● Understanding of social media campaigns, social media trends, digital marketing. ● Hands-on, versatile and resourceful.
