Job Description
Mission:
- To keep company’s social media updated, perform content (including text, image and video) QC before publication and extract social insight in a regular basis.
To create verbal/visual content to be published on MTNIrancell social media to grab and engage followers and promote the brand in a positive manner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To administrate company social media channels and publish content, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Rubika, and other relevant platforms.
- To collaborate with internal teams to improve social media presence on new and emerging social media platforms.
- To create dynamic engaging written(e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)visual content by using appropriate software to be published on social media.
- To keep digital Medias' cost and budget on track, , also prepare analytical reports.
- To be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's Social Media tactics to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
- To work closely with a digital agency to fulfill social media engagement and reach programs.
- To analyze customer social behavior, trends, and identify appropriate social media platforms.
- To set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- To continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and plan engagement and maintenance programs accordingly.
- To collaborate with the editorial board to implement key initiatives and coordinate actions.
- To plan a social editorial calendar based on the updates of the editorial board, different stakeholders, and customer feedback.
- To assure message consistency with mass media planning and preserving corporate identity.
- To plan, schedule, post, edit, and optimize contents of all earned, owned (as the channels’ admin), and paid social channels.
- To moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- To support planning and executing viral marketing on mobile/ web social platforms.
- To regularly analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and activities.
- To stay abreast of social media trends, identify impact to and make recommendations for social media strategies and tactics.
- To support in updating social media policies and procedures; ensures programs meet regulatory and internal policies/procedures for social media requirements and compliance.
- To work with agencies and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- To take advantage of new emerging analytical tools to derive insights on the performance of social media marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Education:
- BSc. in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- An MBA degree is advantageous.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in similar fields.
- Experience working in a medium-sized organization.
- Strong, proven skills in working with graphic and video software.
