Job Description

Build our digital marketing roadmap/Strategy Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing and activities. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics. Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Plan and execute all "Email Marketing" Campaigns. -Optimize digital assets, such as text, graphics, or multimedia assets, for search engine optimization (SEO) or for display and usability on internet-connected devices -Develop transactional Web applications, using Web programming software and knowledge of programming languages, such as hypertext markup language (HTML) and CSS -Proficiency at principles of on-page and off-page SEO -Proficiency at management and optimizing of social network and assist in setting up or optimizing analytics tools for tracking visitors' behaviors -Having full grasp of analysis and synthesis of competitions in the field of digital marketing -Proficiency at display advertisements -Proficiency at social network advertisement -Knowledge of GOOGLE tools (Google analytics, web master tools and Google advertisement) -Collect and analyze Web metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, transaction volume and revenue, traffic mix, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, or cost per click -Optimize Web site exposure by analyzing search engine patterns to direct online placement of keywords or other content

Requirements

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field -At least 3 years experience in related field -Proven working experience in digital marketing -Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns -Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate -Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends) -Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad Words campaigns -Working knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints -Ability to develop Marketing Plan
