Job Description

Objective of the role: Sobhan Industrial Group due to the launch of several new production lines and to strengthen the sales unit Needs sales manager. . List of responsibilities: - Development and management of sales team - Customer relationship management with the aim of increasing sales to current customers and attracting new customers - Management of receipt of sales team demands - Hold daily, weekly and monthly meetings with the sales team, with the aim of motivating sales and solving sales problems and what will be discussed in the interview. -In-person negotiation with customers to introduce products and services and contract - Receive customer feedback and take care of them - Collaborate in identifying, evaluating and selecting sales agents and marketers - Update the list of sales agents and marketers - Provide marketing and sales reports to the CEO on a regular basis - Cooperation and coordination with the company's financial unit to collect receivables - Collaborate and coordinate with suppliers to send products to customers - Identify the training program needed by employees. - Investigate the status of achievement of goals and programs related to the unit continuously through received reports. - Identify risks and opportunities related to sales and try to control them - Follow up on corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance - Monitor and measure the processes associated with purchasing and taking action to improve. - Performing other tasks assigned by the CEO - Reporting to: Senior Sales Supervisor. - Subordinates: sales group. - Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. - Working hours: 8 hours (full time ). - Travel requirements: yes. - Gross Monthly Base Salary: According to the agreement of the parties . - Commission / Bonus / Benefits: yes .

Requirements

University Qualifications: bachelor or more. Nature and length of previous experience: 10 years 5 years in the same position (managerial experience). Specialist knowledge: Fluent in English. Soft Skills and Personality traits: -Having a structural experience is a must - Full knowledge of marketing strategies - Have a basic knowledge about market needs in structural industry - Very good analytical skills - Have a good decision making skills - Ability to manage different brands marketing management .
