Job Description

Job Summary:
As the Senior Sales Engineer in the Oil & Gas Sector, you will drive strategic growth by leading sales and marketing initiatives across domestic markets. Your role includes managing key client relationships, optimizing market presence, and ensuring synergy between cross-functional teams to enhance the company’s competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with the domestic markets, focusing on Oil, Gas & Petrochemical companies.

⦁ Identify and acquire key clients and expand the sales network

⦁ Manage effective participation with Oil, Gas & Petrochemical companies.

⦁ Collaborate & coordinate closely with technical, finance, and procurement departments to negotiate and execute sales and contracts.

⦁ Enhance customer relationship processes to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

⦁ Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing teams and prepare periodic reports.

⦁ Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to improve sales and marketing effectiveness and strengthen the company’s competitive position in the industry.

Core Competencies and Qualifications:
⦁ Full proficiency in B2B sales & commercial processes

⦁ In-depth knowledge of B2B contract documentation and process

⦁ Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key corporate clients

⦁ Ability to motivate and develop sales and marketing personnel.

⦁ Solid technical knowledge in oil, gas, petrochemical equipment

⦁ Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CRM systems, and analytical tools for reporting and KPI monitoring.

⦁ Moderate English communication skills (written and reading)
