Job Description

● Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed. ● Developing schedules and methods for measuring results. ● Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project. ● Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion. ● Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities. ● Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate the selection of project services and products. ● Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications. ● Direct manager: CEO.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in Software programming projects (Supervisory experience is an advantage). ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied Computing, Engineering, or a closely related field. ● Experience with database software. ● Passionate about learning and applying modern technologies. ● Ability to coach and lead people professionally. ● Ability to define, plan and lead enterprise projects. ● Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people effectively. ● Knowledge of Finance and Capital Market is an advantage. ● Basic Knowledge of Python and C++ is an advantage. General skills: ● Self-disciplined. ● Interested in teamwork. ● Creative and talented. ● Team management ability. ● Committed to working. ● Interested in learning new technologies. ● Problem-solving skills.
