Job Description

The objective of the role: Manufacturing Engineering defines and works out how the product will be assembled on the production line including the designing enabling the right quantity of components/product are delivered to support the speed of the production line. Review efficiencies and eliminate waste within the manufacturing process. Deliver high-quality products/components to clearly defined standards. List of responsibilities: - Plan, direct or coordinate engineering and research and development activities. - Responsible for product development (Automobile brake pads). - Direct, review or approve product design changes. - Analyze, develop and release the machine/tools specification requirements in order to purchase them. - Supervise process of ordering and building the machines and equipment (supplier On-Site continues supervision) - Confer with management, production, and marketing departments to discuss project specifications or procedures. - Impalement and organize knowledge management system including documentation. - Present and explain proposals, reports or findings to the management board. - Consult or negotiate with clients (OEM & Sell department) to prepare product specifications and development. - Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology, resource needs, or market demand. - Plan or direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance or repair of machines, facilities or equipment. - Perform administrative functions, such as reviewing or writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, or purchasing of materials or services. - Establish scientific or technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management. Reporting to: Plant director. Length of Probation Period: 1 month. Working hours: Saturday to Thursday. Travel requirements: Within and Outside of Iran.
