Job Description
- Gather and compile cost information and maintain a database concerning expenses.
- Handle vendors' and suppliers' statements and monthly reconciliation with them.
- Determine fixed costs such as salaries, rent, and insurance.
- Predict, plan, and record variable costs such as purchases of raw materials, labor, and operation costs.
- Review and analyze actual costs to identify inaccuracies.
- Prepare necessary departmental and company-wide budgeting reports.
- Review, analyze, and report actual profit margins.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Determine and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Provide product costs for marketing and other general purposes.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Develop systems and procedures for accumulation systems and/or cost accounting functions.
Requirements
- Proficient in warehouse accounting and inventory standards of materials and goods.
- Proficient in financial costing methods.
- Proficient in registering domestic or foreign purchase documents.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or other related fields.
- At least four years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Teamwork spirit.

- Attention to detail.
