Job Description

● Planning in the implementation and coordination of business matters such as correspondence, negotiations, or contract signing. ● Reviewing new proposals and requests, calculating costs, coordinating and supervising the preparation of payment-related documents, shipping, and delivery schedules, logistics, etc. ● Communicating with related units (finance, planning, warehouse, management, etc.) to complete the processes of supply, purchase, payment, and delivery of goods. ● Implementing affairs based on regulations, regulations of transactions, and commercial transactions within the set framework.

Requirements

● Proficient in NTSW's comprehensive trading system, order registration, currency allocation, currency purchase, obligation settlement, etc. ● Proficient in the process of goods clearance and customs and EPL system. ● Mastering the processes of obtaining trade and import licenses from MIMT. ● Familiarity with supplier evaluation processes and vendor list preparation. ● Familiarity with INCOTERMS. ● Familiarity with the drafting of foreign contracts, related provisions, and requirements. ● Ability to source foreign suppliers. ● At least four years of work experience. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Good command of English.
