Job Description

● Control and review contractors' invoices (transportation services, water, and diesel supply, food, camp services). ● Control POB reports in order to provide a report on the number of consumables used and check discrepancies. ● Estimate and adjust the request for food required by the rigs for weekly consumption, which will be adjusted according to the previous months after receiving the request. ● After the tenders, the work description of the contractors will be prepared and the necessary arrangements will be made with the contracts department in order to conclude the contract. ● Communicate with the contractors and review the work description based on the concluded contract and follow up in case of failure to perform the work description correctly and take measures regarding the contractor's failure in the assigned duties. ● Visit the location of the new location of the projects and estimate the support equipment from a technical and financial point of view in order to deploy the workers of the rigs in line with the defined new project and to check the strengths and weaknesses of the geographical area.
