Job Description

• Controlling and recording all expenses and financial documents and archiving them.
• Preparing the necessary reports on financial performance to present to superiors.
• Archiving of all contracts, accounting documents, rulings, letters, regulations, and financial circulars.
• Preparing various reports of the company's financial operations at the end of the financial year based on the needs of the financial accounting unit.
• Financial accounting and preparation of corrective documents to close accounts.
• Carrying out tax, insurance, and registration administrative affairs such as receiving tax papers.
• Attendance at financial organizations, social security, and other different organizations and following up cases if necessary.
• Coordinating and cooperating with the financial accounting supervisor in the process of closing monthly and annual accounts and participating in preparing and presenting reports and documents required in the proceedings of auditors and legal inspectors and tax and insurance auditors.
