Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law or higher.
• At least 7 years of experience in CAPEX, EPC, engineering, and complex delivery; at least 7 years of experience in claims and litigation (including arbitration).
• Knowledge of arbitration procedures.
• Having a BAR License is an advantage.
• Managerial skills and experience as an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in Oil and Gas/drilling, Oil services/workover contract legal support as an advantage.
• Ability to solve problems and identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask on several projects and issues simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, international trade law, and local laws and regulations.
