Job Description
We are seeking a Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in machine learning, statistics or text mining to predictive models for the accelerated targets. You will work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of independent/entrepreneurial computer scientists and engineers who research, develop, and integrate state-of-the-art algorithms, software, and computer systems solutions to challenging research and development problems. Responsibilities • Perform analysis on wide variety of data and process improvement opportunities; uncover trends, creating and distributing various metrics, reports and dashboards. • Provide decision-support to engineers and managers by creating reports, running queries, building predictive models. • Effectively translate analytical findings into the language of decision makers; communicate findings effectively supported by visual representations.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements • Ph.D. or Master in Statistics / Machine Learning / Computer Science, or a related field. • Expertise in comprehensive set of data analytics and modeling methods using machine learning and deep learning approaches and deep understanding of the theories and algorithms • Knowledge of Python packages and tools, particularly those developed for Machine learning and NLP techniques. • Strong communication and global collaboration skills. • Ability to deliver data science projects from start to ends, such as idea generation, project definition, implementation, testing, and deployment Experience • 3+ years of hands-on industry experience in machine learning and data science • Experience in natural language processing approaches • Experience scripting with SQL • Experience with distributed computational frameworks (Spark, Dask, etc) • Experience with git source control platforms like GitLab or GitHub Team Growth & Development: • Consistently and solidity demonstrate the ability to guide and mentor analysts throughout a project • Collaborate within the team to deliver high-quality analytics, share best practices, and help each other learn and grow
