Job Description

As a data analyst, you will dive deep into data, analyze large data sets, discover root causes for major problems, design long-term solutions, and present them to the stakeholders. The role is highly impactful with goals that directly impact users’ experience and the bottom line of the business. The ideal candidate will need to be a problem-solver, structured thinker, self-learner, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Tasks in detail: ● Data preparation: extract, audit, and cleanse data required for decision-making or creating models. ● Data analysis: run exploratory data analysis with statistical methodology and create data models. Generate business insights and provide practical recommendations Reporting and Visualization: design and develop metrics and dashboards to improve performance, reduce costs, or make key business decisions. Produce written documentation to support your work, and generate conclusive reports based on your findings to present to stakeholders. ● Business solutions: recommend practical initiatives regarding business problems. Leverage customer segmentation and A/B testing to measure the impact of initiatives and optimize them (improve performance and reduce costs). ● Project management: run ongoing monitoring and evaluations. Define project scope, and work breakdown, prepare a timeline and manage to deliver within the deadline. Work with people from other departments with different backgrounds. ● Stakeholder management: define project stakeholders and analyze the impact of any initiatives on them, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders included in a project/task.
