Job Description

Performs all activities associated with supply chain and commercial affairs, and following up related issues to both current and future projects. • Resolving contractual and commercial problems • Offering direction and instruction • Risk assessing • Working efficiently and calmly in tight deadlines or when other stress factors arise • Reviewing and developing operational process flows & optimizing • Ensuring clarity of the financial aspects and impact of every contracts to all parties • Analyzing data and generating reports to identify potential for business growth • Monitoring local and international regulations and making sure of compliance. • Building, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with current suppliers as well as potential companies in order to achieve development and expanding of supplier network. • Communicating effectively within sales department and support team. • Complying and tracking all relevant data to keep records as a reports, and develop and maintain supplier’s information in relevant databases, especially controlling financial statements with international partners. • Report to: CEO

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain and Commercial Management. • Fluent in English. • Work history with prior experience in Medical or Pharmaceutical Industries is a bonus. • Knowledge of the medical industry and science and/or any education, skills and abilities in a field of Medical Industry are highly desirable. • Acceptable presentation and negotiation skills, both in English and Farsi (convincing and persuading) • Proven ability to apply planning and time management skills and techniques are preferable. • Ability to execute complex computation in relation to optimizing landed cost of the goods. • Very strong work ethics. • Strong analytical skills and sufficient orientation to work with spreadsheet software, especially MS Excel. • Proven leadership and management skills • Ability to delegate tasks and supervise others • Great multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail • Ability to take responsibility. • Target & result oriented. • Be able to work under pressure and stayed focused. • Ability to have flexible working hours • Located in Tehran. • At least 10 years related experience. • Length of probation period: 1 to 3 months.
