Job Description

SBC Iran is a highly successful business in the market today and wishes to extend its reach both in traditional markets (Oil) and new segments/categories. This strategy will involve both organic and acquisition growth elements. As a result the need is for a Senior Brand Manger to develop and manage these new brands/sectors in order to provide significant profitable revenue streams via two main drivers: 1-Brand Equity Growth, and 2-Innovation. Primary Responsibilities: • To manage the DEVELOPMENT OF MARKETING PLANS & OBJECTIVES for the assigned brand, aligning with the overall business strategy to achieve business objectives. • Research, recommend and implement profitable innovation growth platforms that provide consistent & sustainable future revenue streams. • Create compelling brand positioning and communications that drive Brand Health attributes (Image, Demand, Differentiation etc.) • Recommend & implement necessary marketing mix programs that allow maximization of both volume and Profit growth. • Recommend promotional & Pricing Hierarchy for both existing and new portfolios in order to maximize volume offtake and consumer understanding of portfolio. • Provide regular monitoring reports of both Brand Health and Brand performance measures & KPIs and recommend solutions/strategies/tactics to ensure annual budget delivery is assured

Requirements

General: • +8 years of General Work Experience • +3 years of Leading Brand Management Work Experience • Advanced Communication in English • Appropriate Academic Qualifications • Significant experience in ATL Advertising, Promotions, or Sales • High Analytical and Leadership Skills • Strategic Planning Skills • Being Creative • Familiar with Branding Metrics Technical Area: • Having comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques • Having comprehensive knowledge of branding • Being able to evaluate financial data to support marketing strategies • Being able to evaluate and improve strategic marketing performance • Having comprehensive knowledge of competitor analysis • Being able to design, develop and deliver effective marketing processes
