POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking a Senior B2B Sales Development Associate to own pipeline generation and early-to-mid sales execution across enterprise and media-sector clients—acting as a trusted commercial partner from first contact through deal closure, while leveraging AI tools to increase deal velocity, insight quality, and personal throughput.

Your responsibilities include:

· Prospecting and Research: Identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts within media and enterprise technology sectors using AI-assisted account research, enrichment, and prioritization
· Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders through consistent, high-quality engagement
· Sales Presentations & Pitches: Lead tailored product presentations that clearly articulate value and business impact, refining messaging and structure with AI support
· Negotiation & Contract Management: Drive pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract progression to signature with discipline and speed
· Sales Target Achievement: Own revenue-related KPIs by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through structured pipeline management
· Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and contribute insight to go-to-market strategy using pattern recognition from deals and AI-supported analysis

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Generate and qualify high-quality leads across outbound and inbound channels using AI-supported prospecting and signal analysis
• Book and lead meetings with decision-makers, including senior executives
• Manage ongoing relationships with active prospects and existing clients
• Deliver relevant insights, materials, and follow-ups to advance deals through the pipeline efficiently
• Identify additional stakeholders and buying dynamics within target accounts
• Maintain a healthy, accurate CRM pipeline and forward-looking forecast
• Use sales intelligence, CRM, enablement, and AI tools to reduce manual work and increase focus on high-value conversations
