Job Description
- Review, analyze, and report actual profit margins.
- Determine fixed costs such as salaries, rent, and insurance.
- Control, recheck, analyze, evaluate, and investigate financially required information related to all business cases and new projects in the company.
- Prepare seasonal tax reports and do reconciliation of accounts internally and with suppliers/customers.
- Collect, verify, and analyze financial information from departments.
- Prepare plans or facts comparison of cash flow budget's executions and analyze deviations.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly budgets.
- Prepare presentations on financial performance and achievements.
- Direct reporting to the managing director.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- At least three years of work experience in a travel agency.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Strong knowledge of audit systems.
- Familiar with Faranegar.
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Familiarity with the working procedures of airlines.
- Proficient in tour sales and profit and loss analysis
- Proficient in periodic reporting.
