Job Description

- Telephone Communication between managers and other companies (Internal and overseas communications) - Answering incoming phone calls of the company and forwarding to the managers. - Sending and receiving of correspondence and letters between the managers. - Recording, issuing and archiving of incoming and outgoing letters. - Sending and receiving fax and email. - Reminding and coordination of meeting and appointment’s assignation.

Requirements

- Gender : Female - Having English verbal, written and listening skills. - Having a good knowledge of Internet and computer office application including Word, Excel and Power Point. - Having both Farsi and English typing skills. - Good performance certificate. - Minimum 2 years of related experience. - Acquainted with nature of job and/or commercial Terms(Priority)
