-Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence -Maintaining documents and arranging appointments -Generating, preparing, and editing documents as needed -Arranging all daily office activities -Schedule meetings -Set calendars -Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings -Punctual, active, responsible, accurate, and motivated

-Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Ability to type and lay-outing letters -Excellent teamwork behavior and skills -Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking) -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
