
Job Description
We are looking for a Financial & Assemblies secretary that be well-organized and detail-oriented. He or she will assist the manager in planning, organizing, and running all daily activities. Responsibility: - Organizing and managing of financial manager’s daily, weekly and monthly schedule Following up all tasks determined by financial manager and presenting results report. - Scheduling appointments and meetings, in accordance with financial manager’s schedule - Answer phone and, providing prioritized call list to financial manager, give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. - Welcoming visitors and clients - Handling correspondence, and reporting to financial manager - Coordinating conferences and meetings - Communicating with individuals and departments, meeting arrangements when needed - Respecting confidentiality of documents and all information - Making travel arrangements - Attending before financial manager in the office and leaving after him - Organizing publications distribution for relevant staff - Bookkeeping financial manager’s petty cash - Negotiation skills - Tact, discretion and diplomacy - Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports - Generating, preparing and editing documents as needed
Requirements
- University Qualification: Bachelor degree - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience - well experienced in financial field - Active, responsible، accurate and motivated - Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel) - Very good command of written and spoken English - Well organized and having good time management skills - Team work minded - Excellent typing skills in both Farsi and English - Time management and multitasking skills - A good listener and active in work environment - Positive attitude toward clients and suppliers - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Hard worker and Serious in work - Remain calm under pressure
