Job Description
Arranging, Managing and organizing CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Archiving personnel and administrative matters
Preparing, Typing and collating reports (fast typing)
Arranging appointments / meetings, booking hotels, tickets for manager and staffs
Liaising with CEO to plan meetings and etc.
Receiving and circulating agendas and reports
Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents
Collect information and prepare reports for the CEO
Permanent contact with customers
Coordinating for participation in fairs and exhibitions
Updating company-specific social networks
