Job Description

- Effective communication skill and Excellent Public relations - Providing general administrative support, - using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases; - Organize internal and external events - Excellent communication, organizational and written skills (Typing Persian/English) - At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions. - Familiar with office automation software - Able to search on Internet - Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively - Team working

Requirements

- Having at least 2 years experience as Office Assistant- Secretary - Minimum BA degree - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Maximum Age: 30 - Patient and energetic - Familiar with English language - Ability to work under pressure - Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi
