- Providing general administrative support,
- using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;

Requirements
- Having at least 2 years experience as Office Assistant- Secretary
- Minimum BA degree
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Maximum Age: 30
- Patient and energetic
- Familiar with English language
- Ability to work under pressure
- Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi
