Clarity is an enterprise application which contains more than 17 modules and its main responsibility is to collect, unify, process, correlate huge raw data from different networks and aggregate those data in order to enable and improve the service provider’s operational activities, Automating operational tasks, executing them faster, making them consistent and tracking progress/results. Our product also have real-time monitoring features and tools to analyze the data. Our main customer is “MCI” beside other •Main Responsibilities -Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization -Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving -Manage each project’s scope and timeline -Coordinate sprints, product backlog refinement, preplanning, planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives -Coach team members in Agile frameworks -Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration -Collaborate closely with Product Owner to prepare and clarify the product backlog. -Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur -Help teams implement changes effectively -Ensure deliverable are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint -Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity -Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Requirements
-Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. -Familiarity with software development -Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement, story point) -Excellent communication and servant leadership skills -Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability -Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency -Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs) -Excellent communication and mentoring skills -Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, BDD, Acceptance Criteria, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games -Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team -Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs)
