Job Description

● Manage each project's scope and timeline. ● Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. ● Coach team members in agile frameworks. ● Facilitate internal and external communication and effective collaboration. ● Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. ● Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur. ● Help teams implement changes effectively. ● Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity. ● Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it. ● Prepare reports on the performance of team members and provide solutions for improvement.

Requirements

● Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts. ● Ability to analyze and think quickly to resolve conflict. ● Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum. ● Strong communication, interpersonal, and monitoring skills. ● Ability to adapt to a changing environment. ● Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction. ● Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
