Job Description

• To prepare daily sales reports.
• To report weekly stock and sell-outs based on the customer's portal.
• To update and share customer financial status every week.
• To prepare a weekly aging report.
• To assist the sales team and provide essential support for effective sales operations and processing sales.
• To Provide a contract tracking report.
• To interview and hire the right merchandisers.
• To manage and track all tasks related to hiring and sales force salary.
• To recruit and collect information about the exit-entry of merchandisers.
• To prepare up-to-date reports on recruited and resigning personnel to keep the budget up to date.
• To track and reconcile statements of account.
• To support the MT team in the reconciliation process.
• To have internal coordination required by MT.
