Job Description

- Immediate responsible for reaching the company sales target on the respective territory in defined area - Routine field visits with his team of sales reps. to evaluate performance and monitor in-store KPIs - Implementation of sales fundamentals like coverage, visibility, volume, drop size, etc. based on standards and principles of the Company - Design and develop weekly and monthly plan for his team in line with company targets - Lead team's development and training in a positive spirit driving at fair evaluation of individual performances - Participating in planning procedure of reaching annual sales goals - Supervising on execution of sales goals of the company - Attending and solution providing in internal sales development meetings - Attending in direct meetings with customers - Supervising and conducting sales team of the company - Preparing periodic analysis reports for directing manager from different sales departments - Analyzing the periodic reports to find out about any deviation and deflection from the sales plan - Analyzing the reasons of any deviation or deflection from the plan and establishing related catch-up plan

Requirements

_ 3 to 5 years of experience in sales (At least 1 year in supervisor position) _ Familiar with sales and distribution fundamentals and KPIs _ Negotiation and conflict management skills _ Acceptable computer skills and user of MS Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint) _ Ability to motivate and lead a team - Capable of delivering quick solutions to the daily troubles and overcome obstacles
