Job Description
- Responsible for coaching and developing field forces to empower qualifications.
- Consolidate the activity reports submitted by medical representatives in her/his own region and provide appropriate feedback on reports.
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Provide regular follow-up and feedback for the sales manager and team.
- Be updated on product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation.
- Manage the team in order to reach and exceed sales targets of a defined geographical district.
- Responsible for keeping the sales team informed about the market environment (competitors, market analysis).
- Plan and implement activities and participate in local meetings and congresses wherever beneficial.
- Work according to business ethics procedures.
- Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met
- Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
- Close communication and support with the marketing and medical team.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Veterinarian, etc. (at least a Bachelor's degree).
- More than six years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in acceptable companies.
- Punctual, enthusiastic, inspiring, motivated, and creative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated with a good teamwork spirit.
- Able to travel within the country.
- Good command of English (speaking, listening, and writing).
- Professional in working with Microsoft Office and related software.
