Job Description

  • Responsible for coaching and developing field forces to empower qualifications.
  • Consolidate the activity reports submitted by medical representatives in her/his own region and provide appropriate feedback on reports.
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Provide regular follow-up and feedback for the sales manager and team.
  • Be updated on product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation.
  • Manage the team in order to reach and exceed sales targets of a defined geographical district.
  • Responsible for keeping the sales team informed about the market environment (competitors, market analysis).
  • Plan and implement activities and participate in local meetings and congresses wherever beneficial.
  • Work according to business ethics procedures.
  • Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met
  • Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
  • Close communication and support with the marketing and medical team.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Veterinarian, etc. (at least a Bachelor's degree).
  • More than six years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in acceptable companies.
  • Punctual, enthusiastic, inspiring, motivated, and creative.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated with a good teamwork spirit.
  • Able to travel within the country.
  • Good command of English (speaking, listening, and writing).
  • Professional in working with Microsoft Office and related software.
