Job Description
• Responsible for direct sales activated through the generation and establishing of sales leads
• Management of customers, establishment of current client and potential client relationships
• Recognition of goal markets and finding the data banks of potential customers and marketing the negotiation with team
• Planning and doing for sale negotiation and developing the sales
• Understanding the strategy and expanding the strategies in sales process
• To lead and manage market operation team which is in charge of market visits, collect the outlet information, create the market place data base
• Lead the team to monitor & control trade programs
• Manage the new product launches in the field
• Ability to promote sales and marketing plans to expand sales performance
• To be able to do trips to other cities as mission
• Team work capability
• Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
• Report to sales manager
• Attend weekly joint reviews with sales manager regarding weekly plans and achievements
• Achieve sales target on a monthly & annual basis
• Temporary 3 months as a agreement
