Job Description

• Responsible for direct sales activated through the generation and establishing of sales leads • Management of customers, establishment of current client and potential client relationships • Recognition of goal markets and finding the data banks of potential customers and marketing the negotiation with team • Planning and doing for sale negotiation and developing the sales • Understanding the strategy and expanding the strategies in sales process • To lead and manage market operation team which is in charge of market visits, collect the outlet information, create the market place data base • Lead the team to monitor & control trade programs • Manage the new product launches in the field • Ability to promote sales and marketing plans to expand sales performance • To be able to do trips to other cities as mission • Team work capability • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales • Report to sales manager • Attend weekly joint reviews with sales manager regarding weekly plans and achievements • Achieve sales target on a monthly & annual basis • Temporary 3 months as a agreement

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above •Minimum 5 years experience in sales & trade marketing •Team leadership experience & skills •Ability to travel to the provinces across country •Familiar with trade marketing activities •Good knowledge and abilities in planning •Good knowledge in negotiation •Good knowledge in marketing and market research •Systematic thought and analyzing ability •Creative, reliable, team work skills, motivated & energetic •less than 35 years old •Based in Tehran
