Job Description

- Planning, managing and developing the skills of Sales team members through training and coaching - Develop and improvement of sales system and reduce the risk of collecting claims - Compilation and analysis of annual goals by implementing Sales strategies and monitoring trends and outcomes - Get complete customer order, invoice, sales confirmation and final payment tracking with customers - Participate in trade fairs and other relevant events - Interview and secondary selection of applicants - Provide Sales Reports and Annual Budgeting

Requirements

- Master's Degree (preferably MBA) from a reputable university - Over 5 years of experience in Sales Management in international B2B companies - Domination of creative and critical thinking skills - Analytical approach to work - Mastery of technical sales and marketing team structures - Problem solving Ability, Time management , Strong communication skills, honest, and hard worker, Results oriented - Having international educational records related to Sales and Marketing - Statistical analysis and planning in the fields of sales and marketing, Highly skilled in negotiations,
