Responsibilities:
We are looking for a sales specialist to join our growth team. The sales specialist will be responsible for selling our products and services to new and existing customers, as well as developing and maintaining long-term relationships with them. The sales specialist will also be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service.
To be successful as a sales specialist, you should have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. You should also have a solid knowledge of our products and services, as well as the industry trends and competitors. You should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members and departments.
As a sales specialist, you have to:
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking events.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers, and close sales deals.
- Follow up with customers after sales, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services, as well as our sales and marketing strategies.
