Job Description
We are looking for a full time sales secretary who is responsible for carrying out all the clerical duties within the sales department of the company inclusive of:
- Gender Preference: Female
- Ideal Age Range: Minimum 25 - 35
- University Qualification: Bachelor degree
- Full command of Office software, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Document handling, file making and handling other kinds of paperwork of the office space.
- Answering telephones, handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, fax, e-mails, etc.
- Type & dispatch office letters, arranging appointments, events, diary coordination, travel arrangements and etc.
- Handling all commercial and confidential correspondence.
- Managing office related affairs and communications, routine tasks and schedules.
- Archive, maintain, and recording documents and official correspondences in a professional manner.
- English proficiency.
- Daily tasks of sales manager.
- Prioritizing workloads.
- Logging or processing bills or expenses.
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
- Perform any other duties defined by management for daily operation.
- Attending before sales manager in the office and leaving after him.
