Job Description

•Main Objective: Identifying prospects just may be the most important task in a sales representative job description. Before the representatives make phone calls or sends emails, they research businesses that might need their products and services and decide which of the company’s employees to contact. If a company expresses interest, the sales representative schedules an introductory meeting. The first meeting may cover the benefits of the product or service, pricing and a discussion of the customer’s needs. If the company that the sales associate represents offers customization products or services, the representative will develop a sales proposal and present it at a subsequent meeting. •Main Responsibilities: -Explaining the benefits of the products, goods, or services which lead to sell to new customers in order to promote and build loyalty to their brand -Managing client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle -Working closely with operations and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction -Assisting customers with complaints or inquiries related to products, services, or purchases -Achieving weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual volume and margin sales targets -Developing strong relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty -Drafting contracts and overseeing all purchase agreements -Conducting post-sale follow ups in order to assess and assist customers with any problem or inquiry they may have -Promoting sales, servicing existing clients, and establishing new accounts -Focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential needs of clients -Resolving issues or complaints in a timely manner -Cold calling -Keeping up-to-date on current market changes and trends -Performing various administrative duties, including preparing expenses reports -Working as part of a team within an organization in charge of services in and out of a country

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree or above -Strong Sales background -Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities -Ability of converting connections into sales (Closing the sales) -Advanced in Microsoft Office and use of internet-based applications -Good in English skills (speaking and writing tasks) -Organized with attention to detail and excellent follow up skills -Proactive, dynamic & solution orientated -Capable to cope with face paced, challenging and changing environment -Flexible and adaptable -Innovative and solutions driven
