Job Description

- Identifying, developing and evaluating marketing strategies based on defined objectives and market characteristics; - Monitoring and analyzing markets, supervising the activities of marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives; - Developing and monitoring the sales and marketing budget of products; - Branding activity to create a brand identity position; - Reaching operational and financial targets and goals; - Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market; - Developing sales strategies and setting targets; - Compiling and analyzing sales figures; - Collecting customer feedback and market research; - Keeping up to date with products and competitors;

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years' previous sales & marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, or other related industry - Previous Leadership and management experience - Mastery in communication and influencing - Leadership skills - Analytical skills & decision making skills - High degree of integrity - High level of negotiation and influencing skills - Ideal Age Range: 28 - 38
