Job Description

We are a China-based manufacturer of CCTV and security systems (IP cameras, NVR/DVR, access control, and integrated surveillance solutions) expanding into the Iranian market. We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive based in Tehran to drive local business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business in the Tehran region
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead, proposal, and closure
- Build relationships with dealers, integrators, and end-users
- Execute local marketing plans to grow brand awareness
- Conduct product demos and client presentations
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Travel within Tehran and other provinces as needed
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of CCTV / security sales experience
- Knowledge of IP cameras, DVR/NVR, access control, and VMS
- Familiar with Hikvision, Dahua, Tiandy, or similar brands
- Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills
- Proficient in MS Office and social media
- Bachelor's degree required; valid driver's license and willingness to travel
