Job Description
Lead and coordinate activities involving sales of products.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices, and procedures.
-Create synergy among the team through teamwork motivational plans.
-Targeting and ability to design different sales plans to sell toward achieving targets.
-Deciding the best strategy based on data has been gathered from the market.
-Follow up the daily work of the sales team and assist them in their daily job to reach their sales target.
-Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products
-Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
-Training and upgrading of sales and distribution staff.
