Lead and coordinate activities involving sales of products.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices, and procedures.
-Create synergy among the team through teamwork motivational plans.
-Targeting and ability to design different sales plans to sell toward achieving targets.
-Deciding the best strategy based on data has been gathered from the market.
-Follow up the daily work of the sales team and assist them in their daily job to reach their sales target.
-Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products
-Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
-Training and upgrading of sales and distribution staff.

Requirements
-High negotiating power
-At least 10 years of experience in related field (work experience in personal care or detergent industry and distribution companies is a plus)
-Good time management and analytical skills
-Familiarity with supply chain principles from distribution, planning to demand and supply of goods
-Problem-solving skills
-At least a bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably business / management.
-Ability and skill to manage branches and sales agencies across the country
-Experience managing and directing a sales team
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
