Job Description:
Planning, organizing and managing sales activities, Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales plan, Market analysis, presentation of marketing strategies, Meeting with customers to discuss their needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them, Design and implement initiatives, strategies and new sales plans to attract relevant markets, Provide comprehensive weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the CEO, Determine the sales and distribution goals for the company and their success, Demand and product analysis, sales forecast and motivation by studying and evaluating customer needs, Ensure market support associated with brand activities and company goals, Achievement. Visiting the market routinely to gather data and supervising productivity of sales team Working, Also deciding the best strategy based on data have been gathered from the market, Understand business need and bring practical strategies to overcome obstacles. Implement, follow and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the area's targets and increasing sales of Company’s product.
Working Hours: Saturday – Wednesday: 08:30 a.m. - 17:00 p.m. / Thursday: 08:30 a.m. - 13:00 p.m.
