Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to explore and develop our position in Iran. The candidate will have sales and marketing responsibility for selling Drives and Soft starters to the Iranian market. Depending on the candidates seniority the position will also be extended to cover International assignments. The candidate’s main responsibilities will be: • Sales & marketing responsibility including P&L • Handling relations with distributors • Provide technical support for distributors and key customers • Develop and execute business plans • Make market analysis • Secure participation in projects • Develop new business opportunities The Candidate will be reporting directly to the Regional Director. The position will be based in Tehran, Iran.

Requirements

Candidate must have an Engineering degree in Electrical from a reputed university with at least 4 to 5 years experience in handling sales and applications of Drives. The Candidate should be fluent in English. The Candidate should also be prepared to travel within Iran and occasionally overseas. Candidates only with exceptional ability, inclination for very hard work, extreme loyalty and clear intentions for a long term career need to apply. It is important that the Candidate is team player and have winner mentality.
