Job Title: Sales Manager – NVOCC / Shipping (Line & Agency Services)
Location: Argentina Square, Tehran
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, goal-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in NVOCC and liner/agency sales. The ideal candidate is someone with deep knowledge of the shipping and freight forwarding industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a track record of building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the shipping and forwarding sectors
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and partners
• Negotiate freight rates and service contracts with customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, and overseas agents
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in NVOCC or liner agency sales
• Extensive knowledge of shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Fluent in Persian; English proficiency is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Team-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
• Strong network of clients in import/export sector is a plus
• Preferably based near the workplace
