Job Description

● Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions. ● Develop long-term relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements. ● Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. ● Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. ● Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery. ● Handle sales pressure and counter objections. ● Develop sales plans aligned with sales long-term and short-term strategies. ● Develop standards for ensuring customer satisfaction. ● Train and develop the team. ● Workdays: Saturday to Wednesday. Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related fields; Food Industry Engineering is preferred. ● At least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar position, preferably in the starch industry. ● Strong communication and negotiation skills. ● Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. ● Good command of English. ● Professional presentation skills.
