Location: African Countries

Solico Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the ASEAN region to oversee commercial growth, manage key markets, and lead sales operations across ASEAN countries. Although the role focuses on ASEAN markets, the position is based in Africa, requiring strong adaptability and multicultural communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead sales operations and business development across ASEAN countries
Develop and implement market-entry and growth strategies
Manage relationships with distributors and key customers
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitive activities
Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability across the region
Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analyses for management

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience in ASEAN markets (mandatory)
Fluent in English
Male, up to 45 years old
Proven track record in managing distributors and driving growth in international markets
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
