• Proficiency in designing and implementing sales and marketing plans, along with regular reporting to the Vice President.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, develop sales growth strategies, and increase market share.
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, and scientific and operational meeting management skills.
• Commitment to achieving the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Willingness and ability to undertake business travel and conduct field supervision of teams across different cities.
