Job Description

  • Follow up on calls with customers.
  • Complete the company's information on the profile page and CRM.
  • Add new users to current accounts.
  • Train and guide new customers for using the website and how to order online.
  • Follow up regarding payments.
  • Inform customers about their package activation.
  • Document and report.
  • Do other assigned tasks.
  • Recognize customers' needs.

Requirements

  • Punctual.
  • Fast learner.
  • Familiar with MS Office.
  • English proficiency, both orally and written.
