Managing the effective achievement of TPA NTSW portal objectives through the leadership of the QA&CS Manager of TPA. Setting individual goals, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal, to maximize subordinate and performance of the sales team.
Following up on implementing the content of concluded regulations, evaluating the risk of customers in the output of sales to customers.
Working with the senior management team to embed the NTSW portal compliance systems and regular audits into the daily practice of sales, including consulting compliance responsibilities, communicating any matters identified through detail in all sales channels, and other support and communication with logistics and warehouses and IT team, etc.
