Job Description
A sales expert is in charge of identifying, prioritizing, and making the most out of sales opportunities. They report to sales managers and will be responsive to determining seasonal targets.
Their target markets are governmental organizations, banks insurance companies, and large corporations, and their performance criteria are as below:
● Work with technical support teams, establishment and delivery departments, financial and contracts departments, and the general management office.
● Find new customers and opportunities in determining target markets.
● Convince and attract customers for taking advantage of SHOOKA products.
● Conclude contracts with customers inside and in proportion to the corporation’s framework.
● Maintain customers’ satisfaction.
● Make sure SHOOKA’s services are efficient in customer organization.
● Augment customers’ use of SHOOKA services.
● Constant communication with customers and performing periodic visits.
● Resolve issues and problems that happened to customers.
● Acquisition of initial information from customers.
● Make initial contacts scheduling meetings.
● Present technical and financial recommendations.
● Negotiate and conclude contracts.
The financial model of a sales expert’s salary includes the below items:
● Fixed salary.
● Individual sales commission.
