Job Description

Sales and marketing team of "Nojan Baking Machines" needs a sales expert who can establish a long-lasting relationship with customers. Has a high ability in the field of speech and writing and accurately identifies customer needs. (Of course, with each other's help) Problems that we are going to solve with help of each other: - Active and independent management of the entire sales cycle through telephone calls - Archive and manage your customers' activities and information in the CRM app regularly and continuously - Weekly sales and payment report - Follow up and meet customer needs - Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals

Requirements

The following skills are definitely needed: - Knowledge or experience in sales - Good writing and speaking skill(Communication skill) - Familiarity with the principles of correspondence - High emotional intelligence and the ability to understand feelings and needs of others(Customers) - Conclusive and sensitive to detail - Creativity and problem-solving ability and a thinker in facing challenges - Interested in learning - Responsible - Motivated - Active listener It can be useful if you are familiar with these stuffs (otherwise we will learn it together): - Marketing and sales knowledge/skills - Fluent in programs such as AutoCAD, Photoshop… - Social media managing (Instagram) , Content Creating Education degree: Diploma-Bachelor Work Hour: - Sat-wed :9am-5pm - Thu:9am-13pm
