Job Description
•Main Objective:
Process sales orders and payments and corresponding, monitoring of orders process, arrange deliveries and offer after-sales support
•Main Responsibilities:
-Responsible for Seven Soft and all the sales procedure in this software
-Monthly sales analyzing and reporting
-Processing orders, managing files
-Preparing analytical and statistical reports such as sales tracking, inventory control
-Managing inventory and re-ordering supplies
-Organizing deliveries
-Monitor shipments statues, and resolve problems related to undelivered goods
-Supervising and controlling all the shipping documents in every steps and keeping all the archives
-Updated according to the department instructions
